Fried Prawns with Garlic & Chilli

Method
Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat. Add 3 tbsp of Lurpak® Chilli & Garlic, the sliced garlic and peeled prawns to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning the prawns frequently to prevent burning. Add some grated lemon zest to taste, chopped parsley and chilli to serve.
To remove the veins from the peeled prawns, soak them in iced water and use a cocktail stick to tease out any entrails.
Enjoy your fried garlic & chilli prawns with a complementary dipping sauce, or a side of your choice such as sauteed vegetables or a rice dish.
