Effortless, but epic butter sauce

GO FOR GOLDEN & FREESTYLE

First, you want your butter to melt and be a stunning golden colour. Simmer at medium heat and watch for it turning bright in colour and liquid gold in texture. Then be bold, cook, and go freestyle on flavours. Try adding crushed garlic, or why not try herbs like sage, thyme or rosemary or bring the heat to the kitchen with spices like paprika and curry powder. Let your chosen flavours infuse in the butter. Season, and then stir your flavoured butter sauce into fresh spaghetti or linguine. This silky texture of the sauce coats the smooth pasta exceptionally well.
