Season shrimp with the spices.

In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the shrimp for 6-7 minutes until cooked through, flipping them halfway through. Set aside.

In a non-stick pan, melt butter and cook eggs, stirring until scrambled and done. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Add butter to the pan used to cook the shrimp and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.

Add vegetables and cook for 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add rice. Cook for another 2 minutes, then add the cooked eggs and shrimp.

Add soy sauce. Cook for another minute and remove from the heat.

Place your fried rice on a platter and garnish with spring onions.
