- 2 teaspoons of potato flour
- 2 carrots
- 2-3 spring onions
- 50 g roasted cashews
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 dl hoisin sauce
- 1 spoon sugar
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Butter for frying
- Jasmin rice
