Ingredients and Recipe Overview

Serves 4


1kg Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and cut into even-sized pieces

Large handful of chopped parsley

100g Lurpak Spreadable

Splash of milk (optional)

Salt and pepper


1. Put the potatoes in a pan of cold salted water. Bring to the boil then turn down the heat and simmer until tender. Drain into a colander then return the potatoes to the pan.

2. Add the Lurpak Spreadable, mash well - adding a splash of milk if you like a looser consistency. Stir through the chopped parsley, season to taste and serve immediately.
