  • Lurpak Cooking liquid
  • Chopped bread
  • Crushed garlic
  • Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Coriander
  • Salt & black pepper
Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. Remove the stems and carve out the insides of the mushrooms and set aside
  2. Brush the mushrooms with Lurpak Cooking Liquid
  3. In a mixing bowl; mix the stuffing (The bread, mushroom inside parts, garlic, cheese, coriander, and salt & pepper.
  4. Stuff the mushrooms and pop into a 190C oven for 20 minutes
