Preparation
- Remove the stems and carve out the insides of the mushrooms and set aside
- Brush the mushrooms with Lurpak Cooking Liquid
- In a mixing bowl; mix the stuffing (The bread, mushroom inside parts, garlic, cheese, coriander, and salt & pepper.
- Stuff the mushrooms and pop into a 190C oven for 20 minutes
