3 cups fine semolina

1 cup flour

2 tbsp turmeric powder

4 tbsp milk powder

1 cup Lurpak Unsalted Butter

½ cup sugar

2 cups water

3 tsp baking powder

½ cup almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 180°c.
  2. Grease a baking dish with Lurpak butter.
  3. Mix together the semolina, flour, turmeric, milk powder and baking powder in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the sugar with water in a bowl and add it to the semolina mixture.
  5. Melt butter in a bowl over a pot with boiling water.
  6. Add the melted butter to the mixture.
  7. Mix well to combine.
  8. Pour the mixture and spread the mixture evenly.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Garnish with almonds and serve!
