Chocolate Raspberry Molten Cake

Lurpak Cook's Range Cooking Mist

1 1/4 cup of whipping cream

1 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Fresh Raspberries  

Cake mix:

100g of Lurpak unsalted butter
100g of Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 eggs
1/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of flour

Chocolate Raspberry Molten Cake


Cake Batter: 

  1. Melt together 100g of chocolate with butter
  2. Mix the eggs with the sugar until creamy
  3. Add the melted chocolate and mix all together
  4. Add sifted flour. 

Assembling the cakes: 

  1. In a bowl add the chocolate chips and whipping cream, then heat it in the microwave until melted
  2. Put the chocolate mix in the fridge for 1 hour and then dip the raspberries into the chocolate mix and put in the freezer for 5 min - repeat till you have a large ball of chocolate covered raspberry.
  3. Coat ramekins with Lurpak Cooking Mist and dust with flour. Then add the molten cake mix and the balls of chocolate covered raspberry. Top with more molten cake mix on top then put it in the oven for 12-15 min until puffed up.
