Crispy new potatoes with rosemary & garlic

  • 1kg new potatoes, large ones cut in half
  • Flaked sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed
  • Lurpak spray
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Preheat your oven to 200℃ /180℃ fan/ gas mark 6

Place the potatoes onto a large baking tray and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 

Bash the rosemary with a rolling pin and add half to the potatoes, then coat with a generous layer of Lurpak Spray.

Cook the potatoes in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and give them another spritz of Lurpak spray.  Sprinkle over the remaining rosemary and garlic and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. 

Remove the potatoes from the oven once more and give them a final spray; return and cook for a further 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden, crispy and cooked through.
