Baked Zucchini With Parmesan

• 6 small zucchini, washed and halved lengthwise
• Lurpak Cooking Mist
• ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp Paprika
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh rosemary, to garnish

Baked Zucchini With Parmesan

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200°C /400°F

Spray an oven dish with Lurpak Cooking Mist and arrange the zucchinis as one layer.

Sprinkle on grates Parmesan cheese and season with paprika salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.

Decorate with rosemary and serve immediately.
