Individual cakes with hard Danish cheese, corn and smoked ham

Preparation

In a bowl, put the corn with the smoked ham, the hard Danish cheese and the flour and mix well.

In another bowl, put the milk with the eggs, salt and freshly ground pepper and beat with a whisk.

Add the mixture from the bowl with the flour to the bowl with the milk and eggs and using a spatula, stir well in circular strokes, from the bottom upwards, adding the melted butter.
Grease and flour small individual cake molds and divide the mixture equally into all molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ο C for 24-26 minutes.

Once the cakes are ready, remove from the oven and allow them to slightly cool before removing them from the molds.
