Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and with a sharp knife cut the breasts into small fillets and divide them into 2 bowls.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well.
For the sesame breaded chicken nuggets, place in 3 different bowls the flour, melted Lurpak butter Lurpak® and white with the black sesame mixed in a bowl.
Bread the chicken fillets in the first bowl, first by dipping them in the bowl with the flour, then in the bowl with the butter Lurpak® and finally in the one with the sesame mixture.
Place the chicken nuggets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 12-14 minutes.
For the chicken nuggets breaded with corn flakes in 3 different bowls, separate the flour, eggs with melted butter Lurpak®, mustard and fresh cream cheese Arla® and beat well and finally the corn flakes.Bread the chicken fillets in the second bowl, dipping them firstly from the flour, then eggs and then after you have strained them, dip them into the cornflakes. Place one nugget next to the other, on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the breaded chicken fillets in a preheated oven at 190C for 12-14 minutes and, when ready, take out of the oven. Place them on a grill with a spatula to cool down a bit to avoid getting soaked.
