Potato Pancakes

45 min 3-4 servings

3 cups of boiled and mashed potatoes  

2 TBSP of green onion (chopped)


1 egg

3 TBSP of flour

Salt and black pepper to taste


½ cup 
sour cream


100g of Lurpak unsalted butter 

Potato Pancakes

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel and cut into squares the potatoes and drop them in a boiling water.                   Mash the potatoes and add 50g Lurpak Butter and 1 egg. Mix well.
  2. Separate it into 12 small balls then spread each ball intp pancakes.
  3. Next, coat with the flour and fry pancakes in butter on medium heat until golden on each side.
  4. Garnish with the sour cream and green onion
