Pan-Seared Lamb Chops With Garlic & Onions

• 4 lamb rib chops
• 12 shallots, skin removed
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple vinegar
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp parsley, picked
• Sea Salt and Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
• Lurpak Cooking liquid
• 1 tbsp brown sugar

Pan-Seared Lamb Chops With Garlic & Onions


Marinate the lamb chops with salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, onion, oregano, parsley and garlic, for 20-30 minutes. Drizzle a griddle pan with Lurpak Cooking Liquid and place the lamb chops on to cook 3-4 minutes on each side or to the desired doneness.

In a separate skillet, transfer the onions mixture and add sugar. Cook until the onions turn golden, but still hold their shapes.

Arrange the lamb chops and onions on a platter, garnish with parsley and serve warm.
