Salt and black pepper 


1/2 cup white flour 


100g Lurpak Unsalted Butter

Lemon slices


2 crushed cloves of garlic


1/2 cup sour cream

Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce

Preparation

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the salt and pepper and toss in flour.
  2. Next, add half a stick of butter to the pan and brown the chicken breast from both sides.
  3. Put the chicken breasts to the side and add the lemon slices, garlic, sour cream and remaining butter to the pan and leave it to melt together before finally returning the chicken breasts to the sauce and letting them cook together for 5 minutes
