Gulab Jamun

1 serving

1 cup pancake flour
2 cups Milk powder
100 ml Fresh Cream
½ cup peach paste (7-8 dry peach soaked & grind)
4 tbsp. Pistachio, finally chopped
2 tbsp.Cardamom powder
2 ½ cups sugar
2 cups water
Lurpak Clarified Butter for frying 


Gulab Jamun


  1. Mix the milk powder and pancake flour with the cream. Add 1 tbsp. of Lurpak Clarified Butter and make soft dough.Cover and keep aside
  2. Heat the water and sugar in a  saucepan and boil until the sugar melts completely. Next add 1 tbsp of cardamom powder and boil for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
  3. divide the second tablespoon of cardamom powder between the peach paste and mixed dough.
  4. Make a small balls out of the dough and stuff them with peach paste and chopped pistachios. Smooth them out with your hands an fry all the balls until light golden brown.
  5. Dip in the fried dough balls in the sugar syrup until they have absorbed some of the syrup.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped nuts & silver foil. You can een serve them with Vanilla ice-cream for an extra indlugent treat.
