2 medium Zubaidi Fish

1 teaspoons turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon dried coriander

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

LURPAK Cooking Liquid

Preparation

  1. Mix the spices together, rub the fish with the spices, place in a plastic freezer safe bag and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour (can be skipped).
  2. Add enough LURPAK Cooking Liquid to a pan and allow to become hot, when ready fry the fish until crisp and golden. Serve with white rice, rocket, and lemon slices with ground cumin.
