LAMB ROTI

Preparation

Making Roti is as simple as mixing flour and water at a consistency that's good to roll flat with a sprinkle of flour to help it from sticking, then cook in a dry hot pan on both sides. 

Just before you spread the Lurpak® hold the Roti over an open flame to warm and add a bit of 'puff'.

Add Lurpak® Spreadable onto warm roti, place beetroot relish on roti and top with roast lamb. Add mint yoghurt & coriander.
