Stir-fried chicken with vegetables

(Main course - Serves 4)

Ingredients

50 g / 2 oz LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
400 g / 14 oz turkey breast, cut into strips
200 g / 7 oz carrots, in sticks
100 g / 4 oz red onions, in thin crescents
100 g / 4 oz red pepper, in long strips
1/2 tsp mild paprika
3/4 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper

Accompaniment: 240 g / 9 oz bread.
    

Instructions

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan until golden brown. Divide the meat into two portions and lightly fry each portion for approx. 2 min. while stirring. Remove meat from frying pan and leave covered. Lightly fry carrots in the pan for approx. 1 min. Add onion and lightly fry for one minute more. Add the rest of the ingredients and the meat. Lightly fry for approx. 1 min. Season.


Tip: Add water if the dish seems too dry.
