(Light dish - Makes 4)
Ingredients
25 g / 1 oz LURPAK spreadable
4 slices of bread (approx. 200 g / 7 oz)
4 lettuce leaves
150 g / 5 oz mould cheese, e.g. Danish Blue
8 tbsp pomegranate seeds (approx. 1 pomegranate)

Instructions
Butter the bread slices and place the salad on the buttered surface. Slice the cheese and place them on the salad. Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
