(Accompaniment - Serves 4)
Ingredients
100 g / 4 oz LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
1/2 tbsp grated onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp mild mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Can be served to: 300 g / 11 oz salat of red onions, beetroot leaves and watercress. Fry 4 steaks (approx. 150 g / 5 oz each) - and 240 g / 9 oz bread.

Instructions
Stir the butter together with the other ingredients and season. Form the butter to a roll and place it covered with aluminum foil, in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Slice the butter when serving.
Tip: The butter can be served in a jacket potato or on a piece of fried fish.
