(Main Course - serves 4)
Ingredients
400 g / 14 oz white pasta, e.g. Amorosi
400 g / 14 oz peeled prawns, thawed if frozen
75 g / 3 oz LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
1 tbsp rose paprika
100 ml lemon juice / 1/5 pt, freshly squeezed
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp table salt
freshly ground pepper
350 g / 12 oz tiny, frozen garden peas, thawed
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Decoration: Lemon peel, finely grated.
Accompaniment: 1 French stick, warm.

Instructions
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package.
Drain the prawns in kitchen paper. Heat the butter in a saucepan until golden. Add rose paprika and “fry” for approx. 10 sec. Add the prawns and fry for approx. 10 sec. - pushing constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Season. Drain pasta and return to the saucepan. Fold prawns, peas and dill into the pasta.
Serving: Distribute the dish on large pre-heated individual plates. Sprinkle with cheese and decorate with lemon peel.
