(Starter - Serves 4)
Ingredients
12 thin slices french baguette, cut diagonally
600 g / 1 1/4 lbs mixed mushrooms, e.g. brown mushooms, shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, in chunks
25 g / 1 oz butter
1 small clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp flatleaved parsley, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
Decoration
parmesan cheese, in flakes
Grill: Ca. 2 min.

Instructions
Grill the baguette slices on a rack in the upper part of the oven. Keep them warm - in the oven with the heat off and the ovendoor half open.
Warm a large frying pan up to high heat. Fry the mushrooms approx. 2 min. so the water will evaporate, stirring constantly. Add butter and garlic and fry another 2 min. At last add parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Season to taste.
To serve: Place the grilled toasts on plates and serve the mushroom mixture on the toast. Decorate with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
