(Main course - Serves 4)
Ingredients
400 g / 14 oz dried white pasta, e.g. spaghetti
300 g / 11 oz cleaned broccoli
1 fresh red chilli
25 g / 1 oz LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
1 tbsp grape seed oil
2 onions, halved slices (approx. 125 g / 4 oz)
1 small crushed clove garlic
300 g / 11 oz lean, minced beef
225 g / 8 oz button mushrooms, quartered
50 ml / 2 fl oz water
2 tsp Japanese soya sauce
1/4 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
Accompaniment: 100 g / 4 oz shredded cheese.

Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to directions on the packet.
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and the stem into thin slices. Split the chilli lengthways. Remove seeds under running water with a pointed knife. Chop the chilli (approx. 1 tbsp). Heat butter and oil in a wok over a high heat, until the butter has turned golden. Fry, while stirring and over a high heat, onions, garlic and chilli for approx. 1 min. Add beef and fry for approx. 2 min, until it crumbles and changes colour. Add broccoli and fry for another approx. 2 min. Add mushrooms and fry for another approx. 2 min. (totally 7 min.) Add water, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Season.
Serving: Drain the spaghetti in a sieve. Serve vegetables and beef in the wok. Pour the spaghetti into a hot bowl and serve.
