(Light dish - Serves 4)
Ingredients
Salad 100 g / 4 oz iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
50 g / 2 oz lollo rosso, coarsely shredded
125 g / 5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tbsp finely cut chives
50 g / 2 oz fried beef, thinly sliced
1-2 tsp olive oil
Curried croutons
4 slices sandwich bread, without crust
25 g / 1 oz LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
1/2 tsp mild curry powder

Instructions
Salad: Place lettuce and cherry tomatoes on plates and sprinkle with chives. Cut beef into thin strips and distribute on the salad. Sprinkle with the oil.
Curried croutons: Cube bread slices (approx. 1 1/2 cm / 1/2""). Melt butter in a frying pan and add curry. Toast bread cubes till golden and crisp. Put some of the warm curried croutons on the salad and serve the rest in a separate bowl.
