Cheese sandwiches

(Light dish - Makes 4)

Ingredients

100 g / 4 oz LURPAK Spreadable
50 g / 2 oz walnut kernels, finely chopped
4 plain-flour French sticks (approx. 20 cm / 8" each)
100 g / 4 oz celery, chopped
100 g / 4 oz lettuce leaves (e.g. iceberg)
200 g / 7 oz hard cheese (e.g. Emmental), sliced
    

Instructions

Stir LURPAK Spreadable and walnut kernels together. Split each French stick lengthways. Cover all cut surfaces with mixture. Distribute 2 tbsp celery on each of the four pieces. Top with lettuce and cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining celery. Sandwich with the rest of the bread.


Tip: Wrap the sandwiches in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 min.
