(Starter - Serves 6)
Ingredients
300 g / 11 oz boiled mussels without shells
50 g / 2 oz soft LURPAK Slightly Salted Butter
1 tbsp finely chopped shallot
2 finely chopped cloves garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped hazelnut kernels
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
100 g / 4 oz finely grated hard cheese, e.g. Emmental
Accompaniment: 150 g / 5 oz toast.
Grill: Approx. 2 1/2 min.

Instructions
Place the mussels in 6 individual ovenproof bowls.
Mix the butter with the remaining ingredients and distribute on the mussels.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and grill under high heat until it has melted and turned golden brown.
